Canceling Your Account
If there's a reason or issue behind your decision to cancel then send an email to support@imajize.com and ask for Michael–he's the Imajize diplomat in charge of turning frowns upside down.
Here's the process to cancel your account:
- You'll need to log in as the account owner (this is the account that entered the credit card).
- Once you're logged in, click on Account at the top right and select Plans & Billing Details.
- Within the Plans & Billing Details page, simply scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Cancel account (it's underneath the "Update Credit Card" button).
- Confirm that you want to cancel, we'll ask you to fill out a few questions about your experience, and that's it.
